How do I find the product I’m looking for on the website?

There are three ways to locate products:

1. via the navigation

The navigation menu offers three entry points: Product line, your sports and your body part - the following pages will help you navigate to the right product.

2. via search bar

You can enter for example the product name or body part in the search bar.

3. via homepage

We also offer entry points on the different sections of our homepage - the following pages will help you navigate to the right product.

How to measure right

Products that work with compression, such as our supports, sports socks and sleeves need to fit your body like a second skin to ensure that they have the needed impact, optimal protection and performance effect.

Therefore it is extremely important that you take the time to measure yourself to be able to select the right size.

You will need:

  • a measuring tape
  • a second person can be helpful as well

To help you, we offer:

  • Measuring videos
  • Pictures with the measure points and instructions
  • Charts to find your right size of the product

These are available product-specific on the product detail pages of each product in the "Fitting size" section.

If your measurements are split between two sizes choose the smaller size.

How to care for your product

Supports:

Follow our washing instructions to keep yourself out of a stinky situation:

Many braces on the market are made of neoprene - a synthetic material used to make wetsuits - or similar materials. Neoprene doesn’t “breathe” and traps sweat, which leads to unpleasant smell and breeding ground for bacteria.

Bauerfeind products are different because they’re made of a high-quality knitted material. Knitted braces are more durable, moisture-wicking and can be easily washed in a regular washing machine.

  • Machine wash in cold/cool water (~30ºC) using the gentle or delicate wash cycle setting
  • Wash with similar colors using a laundry detergent with no additives (no fabric softener or Woolite)
  • If your product has a velcro strap (like the Ankle Support), please make sure that you do not attach it to the knit, but on the same type of material - (Closure on closure, Strap on Strap)
  • If possible remove pads/inserts before washing.
  • Lay flat to air dry, do NOT put your product in the dryer
  • We recommend washing your product in a mesh washing bag

Please do not make any alterations to the product yourself. Please follow our instructions for use and care. They are based on years of experience and ensure that our medically effective products continue to work for a long time.

After all, only supports that function perfectly will help you. Failure to follow the instructions can also limit the warranty.

  • Avoid contact with ointments, lotions or any substances containing grease and acids.
  • Never expose the Sports Knee Support to direct heat (e. g. heaters, sunlight, in your car, etc.)! This may cause damage to the material, which can impair the effectiveness of the product.
  • To avoid damaging the support, do not turn it inside out.

How to return your product

 

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at agonsports@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Do you have a warranty?

Yes. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Bauerfeind products. Our braces and supports come with a 30 days warranty. If due to product manufacturing quality problems (Improper use of the product and normal wear and tear during the usage of the product is not considered a defect or manufacturing quality problem), the product can be sent back to us within 30 days, We will either replace the product or issue you a refund. (Normal wear and tear during the usage of the product is not considered a defect.)

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
